About La Floresta Phase II
La Floresta Phase II is a Homeowners Association (HOA) established in July 2016 and is located in McAllen, TX. There are currently 140 homes in the association, and it is solely for the La Floresta Phase II subdivision.

La Floresta Phase II HOA exists to help protect property values, promote neighborhood standards, and foster a respectful living environment. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for you and your loved ones.
How we serve our members
Our board and volunteers focus on practical, day-to-day governance: publishing rules and policies, supporting architectural and maintenance standards, and providing a reliable way to access documents, updates, and member-only resources.
